I would describe my approach as existential, but I lean towards an integrative perspective. I am an experienced therapist and a registered member of the BACP and abide by their Ethical Framework for good Practice.
My aim is to provide a safe environment in which the client feels safe to explore and build trust. Trust is a key element in building a trusting therapeutic relationship and other relationships in our lives.
